Stand Up Paddle Boarding is a great way to functionally train the entire body. Not only does it require core strength and balance, it’s a great way to strengthen your posterior chain and stabilise your legs. Stand Up Paddle Boarding Yoga, or SUP Yoga, may look difficult or scary but in reality it’s super fun and much easier than you think! Join a scheduled class or book a private session for you and your mates, team or colleges.
Beginners SUP Fit
Ideal for the new SUPer, this class will help you to build the confidence and strength to walk on water in style! We will begin with a dry run on land before heading down to the water. The class will cover a range of different paddle techniques and exercises that will help to strengthen your core, tone your back and stabilise your legs.
Done on a stationary board, this yoga inspired class will leave you feeling at one with the waves. Perfect for all levels from beginner to seasoned SUPer, we will explore a range of movements that are designed to stabilize the body and relax the mind. In every class there will be a challenge offered and plenty of time to just breathe.
Heart | Body | Mind
This is our most challenging class and ideal for the SUPer who can comfortably stand and paddle already. We begin by lifting the heart rate with a quick paddle, then work on strengthening the body with exercises done on the board. The session ends with a yoga-style cool down to centre your mind for the day ahead.
SUP ‘n’ CUP
A fun paddle session to end the week ideal for SUPers that have been on a board once, twice or more. We will explore a coastline, experiment with different shapes, jumps and turns on the board and maybe even play a few games! This is a great class to do with your friends, or to make new friends! Following the SUP sesh we invite you to come and have a cuppa on us.
All classes will take around 1h 15 – 1h 30 including gear allocation and briefings. Please arrive 5-10 mins early to get signed in.
Classes do not run on public holidays
